Our Mission Statement
"We are an ecumenically enriched congregation that seeks to serve faithfully, follow God's word courageously, care for the environment intentionally, and nurture the human community willingly."
Our Purpose
We are a constituted congregation of the Presbytery of Minnesota Valleys, which consists of 54 congregations in central and west central Minnesota. Our purpose is to be a friendly church home offering a broad spectrum of activities and services that will satisfy the interests and the needs of the entire congregation. A Protestant church of reformed tradition not currently available in Crosslake, to fill the existing gap for persons with backgrounds in Presbyterian, UCC, Methodist, Episcopal and other churches.
Community
We have monthly Women's Luncheons, usually on the third Wednesday of the month; monthly Men's Luncheons, usually on the third Thursday; and monthly Potluck dinners on the fourth Wednesday in the Friendship Hall.

BOARD OF DEACONS
As explained in the Book of Order, “The office of deacon as set forth in Scripture is one of sympathy, witness, and service after the example of Jesus Christ. Persons of spiritual character, honest repute, of exemplary lives, brotherly and sisterly love, warm sympathies, and sound judgment should be chosen for this office”. Deacons are the "servants" or "caregivers" of our congregation. The Deacons are charged with ministries of care, witness and service by participating in activities that provide one on one contact, prayer, and fellowship. Our Deacons serve for three years, hold monthly meetings, and report to Session.
